Birchgrove Apartments 2019

 

This project involved the substantial rebuilding of an existing Boarding House to create 3 new apartments. The original building in very poor condition was braced and supported while an additional level was excavated in the sandstone below. The remaining structure was substantially rebuilt and finished, had a roof terrace added, a lift installed and converted into the new luxury apartments.
