Birchgrove House 2015

 

Alterations and Additions to a Terrace House in a Conservation Area. The building previously included a Butcher Shop frontage and now includes a modern rear addition and Swimming Pool. Excavation in rock was carried out underneath the residence to create additional living space. Winner of a Master Builder's Association award for excellence in housing in 2017.
